Sensitive to customer needs and expectations, Akplas has adopted the concept of Total Quality understanding as a life philosophy.

Akplas, having established their Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001, maintain the philosophy of continuous improvement in the development of all their processes.

Our company, with the idea that it be wrong to speak of acceptable error rates, make new investments each year by studying machine and process capabilities in order to raise qualifications in the aim of achieving ‘zero defect’.

Brainstorming, 6 Sigma Projects, FMEA analysis, PDCA, SPC, Poka Yoke, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram, Pareto Analysis and Problem Solving Techniques Teams are used in the strive of quality improvement activities.

The following system policy has been set up to monitor OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements and to ensure that the effectiveness of the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System is continually improved:
